Non-customized / Branded items can be returned minus the 15% of the restocking fee over seven business days of The Purchase Order; Branded /Customized items can ́t be refunded or returned due quality problems done by non artificial internal consecuencias/factors over one year; we cover the round trip of freight transportation and exchange of the products according to the 5 year warranty.

The following clauses won't apply over the Return & Exchange policy:

• Items out of range or not ordered from USB Promotional.
• Problems caused by maintenance, accidents, abuse or misuse (overcharging, burning, scratches, cracks, shocking damage, staining and chemical reactions within or over the products)
