USB Promotional Shipping Order Times (SHOT) may vary from 3-5 business days after the client ́s approval of the artwork (Render).

We may improve our SHOT for quick speed orders, but it may depend on each case; please let us know in advance if required.

Packages are normally sent through DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT USB Promotional will check the most efficient and economical way available to maximize its SHOT by country and area. Tracking numbers are always sent to our clients by email once lifted by the courier; still some tracking numbers may not register into the system until the next business day.

At some cases it may delay a bit depending on each Carrier's Delivery Schedule and the customs inspections, holidays, festivals, and natural phenomena such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc.

Please, always send us a reming email with the exact and complete address, postcode and consignee and after purchasing the order; we wish to avoid any sort of delay as we must process it with our factories at Hong Kong and China.
